【Guided Sightseeing Excursion Bus】Kushiro-Shiretoko (Winter Season)
This is a guided sightseeing excursion bus that connects two of Hokkaido's premium national parks: Akan-Mashu National Park and Shiretoko National Park.
The tour takes you through Eastern Hokkaido's iconic winter route, featuring the mysterious Lake Mashu, the breathtaking views of the vast Kussharo Caldera from Bihoro Pass, and a smooth connection to the 15:30 departure of the Icebreaker Ship "Aurora."
Enjoy the scenic views of the Okhotsk Sea as we head toward our final destination, Utoro Onsen.
Operating Period: Daily from Monday, February 1, 2027, to Sunday, February 28, 2027.
Booking Deadline: Until 16:45 (4:45 PM) two days prior to departure.
(Reservations will close as soon as the bus reaches full capacity for each day.)
Meals: No meals are included in this tour.
Please make your own arrangements for food and drinks.
Tour Conductor: No tour conductor (tour leader) will accompany this trip.
(A bus guide will be on board instead.)

Seating: All seats on the bus are unreserved (free seating).
Specific seat requests cannot be accommodated.
Bus Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
Passengers are required by law to wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion.
Luggage: Large suitcases and bags can be stored free of charge in the bus trunk room.
Lunch: No lunch provided.
The bus stops for 1 hour at Michi-no-Eki Bihoro Pass, where you can buy lunch and enjoy the view.
Connections: Ensure ample buffer time if connecting to flights, trains, or ships after the tour.
Winter Weather: Severe weather or road conditions may cause cancellations, route changes, or delays.

【Important】Credit Card Payments and Refunds
Refunds will generally be made to the card used for payment. However, refunds may be unavailable due to card expiry, renewal or replacement, credit limits, or card issuer policies. Please check whether your card will expire, be renewed, or replaced before your travel date.
If a card refund is not possible, we will arrange a bank transfer or another suitable method. Customers with a Japanese bank account will generally be refunded to that account. Those living outside Japan without a Japanese bank account will be contacted individually. Any bank transfer or refund processing fees will be borne by the customer.
【Important】Cancellation of Reservations
To cancel, use the cancellation link in your reservation confirmation and enter the “Confirmation Code.” Online cancellations are available until the day before travel. If you cannot cancel online, please contact us by email. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and course.
【Important】Changes to Reservations
Reservations cannot be changed. Please cancel and rebook with the desired details. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the course.
※ Changing the Travel Date/Time or Route
Cancel your current reservation and rebook with the desired date, time, and route.
※ Reducing the Number of Passengers
You must cancel the entire reservation and rebook for the reduced number. For example, to reduce a booking from three passengers to two, cancel the original booking and rebook for two.
Availability is not guaranteed when rebooking. If you may reduce the number of passengers, we recommend booking each passenger separately.
※ Cancellation Fees Related to Changes
If you rebook due to a change in date, time, route, or passenger count, the original cancellation fee may be waived or refunded if you email us both reservation numbers for confirmation.
Cancellation fees still apply to passengers removed from the reservation.
