(If you stay within the same route section, you can change to an earlier or later bus without any modification needed.)
One-Way Tickets: Seat reservations are not available.
Please purchase separate tickets for each one-way journey.

Show Ticket on Dismissal: Please present your digital ticket to the bus driver when exiting the bus.
Email Delivery: Your ticket will be sent to you via email.
Please ensure you use an email address that you can access on your smartphone during your trip.
Spam Filter Settings: If you use an email domain block or spam filter, please configure your settings to accept emails from "tourbooking-japan.com" before booking.
Do Not Delete: Please make sure never to delete your booking/purchase confirmation email.
Screenshots Allowed: You may also take a screenshot of the ticket image attached to your email and present it to the driver.
No Online Receipts: Receipts cannot be issued for web purchases.
If you need a receipt, please request one at the ticket counter or directly from the bus driver.
【Important】Credit Card Payments and Refunds
For reservations paid by credit card, if a refund is required due to a change or cancellation, the refund will, in principle, be made to the credit card used for the payment. However, in some cases, we may be unable to process a refund to your credit card due to reasons such as an expired card, changes to your card information resulting from a card renewal or replacement, exceeding your credit limit, or the policies of your card issuer. When making a reservation, please check in advance whether your credit card is scheduled to expire, be renewed, or be replaced before your travel date.
If we are unable to refund the payment to your credit card, the refund will be made by bank transfer or another applicable method. Customers who have a bank account in Japan will, in principle, receive the refund by transfer to their Japanese bank account. For customers residing outside Japan who do not have a bank account in Japan, we will contact you individually to arrange an appropriate refund method.
Please note that if the refund is made by bank transfer, any bank transfer fees or refund processing fees will be borne by the customer.
【Important】Cancellation of Reservations
To cancel, check the “Confirmation Code” in your reservation confirmation and use the cancellation link. You can cancel online until the day before your travel date. If you cannot cancel online, please contact us by email. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the cancellation time and course.
