The child price applies to children between the ages of 6 and 12. Children below the age of 6 can ride for free, but individual seats are not available for them. Children who will ride for free is limited to one child per adult.

・Please show the image ticket received via email to the bus staff when boarding.

・Please set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone while on board.

・For your safety, please wear your seatbelt while the bus is in motion.

・Nakashibetsu Airport does not accommodate significant flight delays.

・Storage space is limited. Depending on congestion, we may not be able to accept large items (such as bicycles or oversized musical instruments), or we may need to limit the number of carry-on items. We recommend using a delivery service in advance when possible.

・Pets are not allowed on board.

・Due to traffic conditions, significant delays, service cancellations, route changes, or early termination of service may occur.

・Please refrain from eating or drinking items that may disturb other passengers (e.g., strong odors or loud packaging sounds).
