*Receipts cannot be produced for online reservations. If you require a receipt, please request one at the service window or from the driver.

*Your ticket will be delivered via email. When purchasing, please utilize an email address that can be accessed on your smartphone.

*Please do not press “Use” on your boarding ticket until the driver checks it when you get off. If the ticket already shows “Used” when the driver checks it, you may be asked to pay again on the spot.

*If you wish to change your travel date or bus, no prior notice is required as long as it is within 3 days from the date on your ticket. Please board your preferred bus directly.

*If your travel date is 4 days or more after the date on your ticket, you may be required to pay the fare again.
