The bus bound for Downtown Kushiro from Kushiro Airport departs approximately 10-25 minutes after each plane arrival. Bus departures may be delayed in conjunction with flight delays.

*When entering your boarding-disembarkation location on the reservation page, please select the flight you will be boarding so that we may confirm bus passenger numbers.
*Receipts cannot be produced for online reservations. If you require a receipt, please request one at the service window or from the driver.

*Your ticket will be delivered via email. When purchasing, please utilize an email address that can be accessed on your smartphone.
*If you have set up domain-specific email restrictions, please make sure to allow emails from “tourbooking-japan.com” before making your reservation.
*Please make sure not to delete your reservation confirmation email.
*Please do not press “Use” on your boarding ticket until the driver checks it when you get off. If the ticket already shows “Used” when the driver checks it, you may be asked to pay again on the spot.
*If you wish to change your travel date or bus, no prior notice is required as long as it is within 3 days from the date on your ticket. Please board your preferred bus directly.
*If your travel date is 4 days or more after the date on your ticket, you may be required to pay the fare again.

Q: I deleted the email containing my ticket.
A: Please contact AKAN BUS as soon as possible. We'll resend the email with your ticket to you. If your request is made just before use, we may not be able to reissue it in time. Please make your request as early as possible.
【Important】Credit Card Payments and Refunds
Refunds for credit card payments will, in principle, be made to the card used. However, refunds may not be possible due to card expiry, renewal or replacement, credit limits, or card issuer policies. Please check whether your card will expire or be replaced before your travel date.
If a card refund is not possible, we will use a bank transfer or another appropriate method. Customers with a Japanese bank account will, in principle, receive refunds by bank transfer. Customers outside Japan without a Japanese bank account will be contacted individually to arrange a suitable method.
Any bank transfer or refund processing fees will be borne by the customer.
【Important】Cancellation of Reservations
To cancel, check the “Confirmation Code” in your reservation confirmation and use the cancellation link. You can cancel online until the day before your travel date. If you cannot cancel online, please contact us by email. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the cancellation time and course.
