Eastern Hokkaido Must-See Tour by Private Car
A private hire-car tour following the popular “Pirika-go” route in the Kushiro and Akan areas.
*For a group of 4 passengers, seating will be arranged with 1 person in the front passenger seat and 3 in the rear seats. As space may be somewhat limited, we recommend selecting the optional jumbo vehicle plan if you prefer more comfort or have a larger amount of luggage.
*For groups of 5 to 9 passengers, the optional jumbo vehicle is required (additional fee: JPY 28,900). Please note that if you have a large amount of luggage, it may not all fit, so we kindly ask you to consult with us in advance.
The tour starts and ends in Kushiro and covers key highlights, including the three lakes of Eastern Hokkaido. Unlike fixed bus tours, the schedule is flexible: you may stay longer at spots or add brief stops as long as the total time is within 8 hours. Please inform us in advance when possible, as same-day changes may not be accepted. Even when the Pirika bus is not operating, this hire-car tour can run.

Overview
This tour basically follows the same route as the Akan Bus “Pirika” regular sightseeing bus.
Lunch is not included, but we will take you to any restaurant of your choice.
The driver can also recommend local restaurants if you wish.

Guests staying in areas outside Kushiro—such as Lake Akan or Teshikaga—are very welcome to use this tour.
However, please note that the driver’s return travel time to Kushiro (about 1 hour)
is included in the total 8-hour tour duration.
As a result, sightseeing time will be slightly reduced.

The standard tour runs for 8 hours, from 9:00 to 17:00, but the starting time can be adjusted upon request.
